While it is very similar and quite fun, this earlier version lacks improvements made to version 4. For one thing, when you lose all your lives in this version, you must start over from the very beginning at level 1. It doesn't allow you to save your game at a checkpoint and then start from that point. I also found the background rather distracting, with white dots floating on a dark background which look somewhat like the eggs that fall and cause you to lose a life.
I did like that the power ups came along quite regularly and that there are bonus levels that let you improve your weapon. Well this one was a bit confusing,the gameplay was alright,good enough graphics,HOS just right,the music did annoy me but only occasionally,the bad guys voice was truly "Saw-like" and the storyline could have gone so many places As it is,I don't understand why Helene was being held captive,who the saw-like bad guy was,why she broke free and the bad guy didnt chase her and then I thought to myself-Tiff it is just a game-and I stopped caring and realized I liked the gameplay even if I didnt "get" the storyline!! I do not think kids should play this it is somewhat heavy in its overtones and I will not be replaying it,theres no reason to It is original and they had the chance to make it oh so much more than it was,but they didnt and that is that Give it a try,see what you think and be the judge as always HAPPY GAMING EVERYONE!!!
I can see no way to get past level 4 in Carthage as the document piece is on the wall in between 2 blocks. Any and all input would be appreciated. There is NO WAY to finish it This game offers different challenges and you have to change strategies as you meet each challenge. It is fast paced and keeps you on your toes. No sleeping on this one but it is also not overwhelming. I found the most difficult was the logic challenges since you have to figure out 'their' logic, sometimes it does not make sense from normal logic. They have a silly side game but it gives me time to rest my brain from some of the more difficult challenges. I highly recommend this game to anyone who likes puzzles and logic problems. I was very happy when I saw this game come out because I enjoyed playing the game Pickers very much and was hoping I would enjoy this one too.
I didn't like the dialog in this game, I did enjoy the hidden object part but that is all this game is because you don't get to set any prices. I haven't even been able to finish the game because it bores me so much, big disappointment! The way they advertise this game is very misleading since you don't have any interaction during the selling phase and you don't get to set the price you will pay while making purchases. It is a very interesting game, with amazing graphics and fast levels. The game becomes a little too fast towards the end but you can replay the game as many times as you like when you realize that you're going to lose the level.
